Whether your child is picking up a pencil for the first time or already filling sketchbooks at home, Art by Instinct is designed to meet them exactly where they are.
About the class
Art by Instinct isn't about copying a formula — it's about learning to trust your eye. Students study master artists and their techniques, then practice what they're learning through drawing, shading, perspective, lighting, and a variety of mediums. Each session builds real skills while encouraging students to develop their own creative instincts.
Classes are small, relaxed, and guided by Koral Collins, an experienced artist who tailors her approach to each student's level. Whether your child is a beginner finding their footing or an older student ready for more challenge, they'll find a place here. Class size is limited to 9 students.

Each session is 2 hours. Students may enroll in one or both days per week. Class starts the first week of September.

$78 - 4 sessions / month

What to bring
Students are welcome to bring any art supplies they already have — pencils, sketchpads, paints (please, no low-quality, dollar store supplies). Koral will take a look and advise on what works best for the class. Supplies are also available through All Things Art CdA for those who need them. Students receive 10% off!
About the instructor
Koral Collins is an Idaho-based artist with a background in multiple mediums and a genuine love for bringing creative ideas to life. A graduate of North Idaho College, she has sold original works, painted wall murals and signs, and spent years as a primary artist for Starr Map Co. — creating hand-illustrated tourist maps for North Idaho and Montana. She's bringing all of that experience — and a supportive teaching style — to All Things Art CdA.
Before you register
To sign up for a class online, you'll need two things:
An All Things Art account. If you don't have one yet, you'll create it as part of the registration process. Once it's set up, you can log back in anytime to view your upcoming classes, access order receipts, or cancel a class if your plans change.
A PayPal account. Class tuition is billed monthly through PayPal, which keeps your payment information secure and in one place. If you don't already have a PayPal account, you'll be prompted to create one during registration — it's free and only takes a few minutes. Within your PayPal account, you can choose how you'd like to pay — credit card, debit card, or bank account.
A note on enrollment. Youth fine art classes run on a 9-month term, September through May. Tuition bills automatically on the 28th of each month. Online registration begins your class on the 1st of the following month, regardless of when in the month you sign up. Payment is non-refundable. At the end of the term, billing stops automatically — you'll hear from us when re-enrollment opens for the following year.
If you'd like to start mid-month, please register in person instead.
Once you're all set, registering takes just a few minutes — and your spot in class will be reserved and ready to go.
